WHERE RECRUITMENT
EXCELLENCE BEGINS
WHY TRAIN2?
Train2 has a very specific philosophy when it comes to recruitment education. We understand the world is evolving, the way companies recruit is changing and innovative recruitment services are hitting the market everyday. We embrace and teach these newer techniques but we never forget the basic fundamentals that clients and candidates have valued for decades. Train2 teach a healthy balance of old and newer practices and believe this is what sets us apart from other recruitment training providers.

Our unique FTR course promises to deliver specific training material to new recruits in a way that is digestible yet still extremely detailed. The material we teach is designed with the intention that at the end of our FTR course a new recruit will have absorbed and understood all of the material we teach as well as being given the opportunity to put the theory in to practice. Whether this is via our completely unique scheduling exercise or via our face to face interview exercises our learners are being given the opportunity to practice what we are learning in real time. Based on our research, anyone who completes our FTR course will have been given the same amount of training and knowledge that would normally be provided to someone with 12-15 months experience in recruitment.
We can achieve this in 1 weeks worth of training!

Our clients get to skip the arduous initial 12-18 months whereby most new recruits' lack of exposure to certain situations actually limits how quickly they can learn. It's not necessarily anyone's fault, but is an employer likely to teach a trainee about WTR regulations in detail from day 1? Our research suggests probably not, however our research also shows new recruits are being tasked with finding candidates inside of 1 week of being on the job. Our aim is to have all new recruits familiar with AWR, GDPR, RTW & WTR as a result of our FTR course. This gives new recruits the skillset and knowledge to be much more productive from day 1 and to provide employers with the peace of mind knowing they are performing these tasks with the correct compliance in mind, therefore not putting the business at risk.
By offering a variety of unique learning exercises and real world demonstrations we are confident that learners are able to retain important information inside of 2 weeks. We can provide knowledge to newer recruits that could otherwise take many months to learn in the workplace.

We recently ran a Linkedin poll where we asked recruitment consultants if they could confidently provide a detailed explanation of what GDPR is to a client if asked. Unsurprisingly 44% said they would not be able to answer with confidence. This topic is a very substantial piece of legislation that carries civil penalties if not observed correctly.
This is not a reflection on any employer, more an observation based on research. A recent study also highlighted that 67% of companies find it challenging to fit in significant training time as well as handle day to day operations.

Train2 aims to be there for our customers to take away the stresses of training and education thus enabling them to focus on business growth whilst we focus on upskilling the workforce.
